Parmesan Crusted Tilapia with Lemon Garlic Couscous
Description: This delicious meal is quick and easy. Tasty Tilapia fillets coated with a terrific blend of seasoned bread crumbs and fresh parmesan cheese and additional seasonings. Served with lemon garlic couscous.

Easy Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees & prepare a baking sheet with tin foil & cooking spray.
- Dip each Tilapia fillet in the lemon juice, then crumb mix, coating both sides well and place on baking sheet; bake 15-20 mins or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, heat couscous 5-7 mins on medium-high heat or until hot.
- Serve Tilapia w/ couscous & enjoy!
